💥 A Face from the Past
The air was thick with dust and tension. The protagonist squinted through the dim light, his heart pounding. “You?” he whispered in shock.
Standing before him was Kamal—an old ally he had long believed to be dead. Dressed in rugged clothes with a determined look in his eyes, Kamal stepped forward and said in a low voice, “There’s only one way out of here… and you’ll have to trust me.”
The protagonist’s mind raced. Could he trust Kamal? After all, he had been betrayed once already. But there was no time to question – footsteps echoed above them, signaling that the enemy was closing in.
Zaid, always the strategist, quickly assessed the situation. “We don’t have much choice. Either we follow him, or we die here!”
With a deep breath, the protagonist nodded. “Lead the way.”
